Many of these busts are leading to illegal drug cartels and hundreds of illegal workers who are being bused in from the border to work in these grows.
These known illegal marijuana and hemp busts are a glimpse of how the illegal drug cartels are taking over Oregon's rural farming communities putting public health and environmental safety at risk!
  • Illegal hemp growers are growing and harvest 3 to 4 crops in a season all high THC marijuana-therefore expanding their use of illegal water
  • Many are growing illegal marijuana, then extracting the THC OIL and then spraying it on dried hemp which is then transported legally across Oregon borders
  • HB3000 an Oregon legislative bill allows the Oregon Liquor Cannabis Commission, the Oregon Depart of Ag, and other law enforcement agencies to check hemp fields in Southern Oregon to assure that they are legal and not over 5% THC. 54% of the hemp fields tested for high THC levels, 76 of the hemp growers refused to let the inspection teams test their fields

Since Oregon has legalized marijuana and decriminalized all other illegal drugs, it has done nothing but provide an open door for dangerous criminals! This is NOT what Oregon voted for.
NOTE: Watch Josephine County: View the story of how cannabis industrialization came onto the scene in 2021 in southern Oregon, how the community sentiment shaped around it, and the map of the Illinois Valley with an inventory of every cannabis and hemp grow larger than 12 plants.
